  • Payment Details: Payment data processed securely through Stripe (Android) and Apple Pay (iOS). We do not store payment card details on our servers.
  • Device & Usage Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, app usage details, app interactions, diagnostics, and crash logs.
  • User-Generated Content: Journal entries, notes, and questions submitted to our AI bot.
  • Identifiers: Device IDs, cookies, or similar tracking technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage your account and profile.
  • Provide, operate, and maintain Trader365® and its features.
  • Personalise your experience, including delivering customised content and AI responses.
  • Process payments, subscriptions, and renewals.
  • Monitor usage and improve app functionality and security.
  • Send you administrative information, updates, newsletters, and promotional content (where you have consented).
  • Detect and prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorised access.
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • Payment Processors: Stripe and Apple Pay for secure payment handling.
  • Service Providers: Trusted partners who help us operate the app, perform analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase), and provide support.
  • AI Service Providers: Our AI bot may use only age and gender to tailor guidance. We do not share your name, email, or phone with the AI vendor.
  • Legal Requirements: If required to comply with laws, regulations, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising.

4. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and regular security monitoring. However, please note that no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. You can request deletion at any time, subject to legal obligations.
