Terms and Conditions for Trader365®
Effective Date: 1 July 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trader365® mobile application,
website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using our
Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, End User License Agreement
(EULA), Community Guidelines, Risk Disclaimer, and other policies incorporated by reference.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Account” means a registered user profile on the Trader365® platform.
1.2 “Services” means all features, tools, content, and functionalities provided through the Trader365®
mobile application, website, or related platforms.
1.3 “We”, “Us”, “Our” means Trader365® Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
1.4 “You”, “Your” means the individual accessing or using the Services.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTIONS
2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services.
2.2 By registering, you warrant that you meet the age requirement.
2.3 We reserve the right to request proof of age and suspend or terminate accounts in accordance
with our Underage Policy.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
3.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 You must promptly notify us at support@trader365.co.uk of any suspected unauthorized
access.
3.4 You remain liable for all activities conducted under your account.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
4.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, and our Community Guidelines.
4.2 You must not:
(a) Provide or solicit personalized financial advice through the platform;
(b) Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive conduct;
(c) Upload or share content infringing intellectual property rights or violating applicable laws.
4.3 Breaches may result in suspension or termination under Clause 11.
5. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
5.1 The Services are intended for educational and personal wellbeing purposes only.
5.2 Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.
5.3 You must read and understand our Risk Disclaimer before using any trading-related tools or
features.
6. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
6.1 Payments are processed securely via Stripe (Android) and Apple Pay (iOS).
6.2 We do not store payment card details.
6.3 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with your platform provider’s
procedures.
6.4 Refunds are handled per applicable laws and our platform policies.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
7.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.
7.2 Cookies and similar technologies are used as described in our Cookie Policy.
7.3 You have rights under UK GDPR, including access, rectification, and erasure.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 All content, trademarks, and software in the Services are owned by or licensed to us.
8.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written
consent.
8.3 By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for the operation and improvement of the
Services.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages.
9.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding
the claim.
10. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 Complaints must be submitted in accordance with our Complaint Policy.
10.2 We aim to resolve complaints within twenty (20) working days.
10.3 Disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales with exclusive jurisdiction of its
courts.
11. TERMINATION
11.1 We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms or applicable laws.
11.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
12.1 We may amend these Terms at any time.
12.2 Material changes will be communicated via the Services or website.
12.3 Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
