Trader365® Community Guidelines

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

1. Purpose and Scope

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern the use of all interactive and community features made available by Trader365®, including but not limited to: discussion forums, comments sections, messaging services, live webinars, Q&A sessions, user groups, events, and any future communication tools provided by Trader365® (“Community Spaces”). These Guidelines form an integral part of the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA) of Trader365®.

2. Commitment to Respectful Conduct

All members must maintain a respectful, professional, and supportive tone in all Community Spaces. Users must not engage in any conduct that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. Impersonation of other users, Trader365® staff, or any other person is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibition on Financial Advice and Personal Financial Information

Community Spaces shall not be used to solicit, provide, or request personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Users must not post or share personal financial information, including account numbers, trading balances, or any other sensitive financial data.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright Compliance

Users agree not to post, upload, or distribute any content that infringes or violates any third-party intellectual property rights. By posting content, users grant Trader365® a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of Trader365®’s services. Users warrant that they have full rights to any content shared.

5. Privacy Protection

Users must not publish, share, or solicit personal data of other users without explicit consent. This includes but is not limited to real names, addresses, phone numbers, private communications, or any other personally identifiable information.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is expressly forbidden:

  • Hate speech, threats, or incitement of violence.

     

  • Discriminatory remarks on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.

     

  • Content that is illegal under UK law or applicable international law.

     

  • Spam, repetitive content, off-topic promotions, or unauthorised advertising.

     

  • Malicious software, links to viruses, or phishing schemes.

     

7. User Content Ownership and Rights

Users retain ownership of their own lawful contributions but grant Trader365® the necessary rights to display, store, moderate, and if necessary, remove content to ensure compliance with these Guidelines and applicable laws.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

Trader365® reserves the right but not the obligation to monitor all Community Spaces. Trader365® may remove, edit, or block any content at its sole discretion if it is deemed to breach these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

Enforcement actions may include:

  • Issuance of formal warnings.

     

  • Temporary suspension of community access.

     

  • Permanent termination of the user account.

     

Trader365® reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and disclose user information when legally required.

9. Appeals Process

Users subject to content removal, suspension, or termination may appeal such decisions by submitting a written request to support@trader365.co.uk within fourteen (14) days of receiving notice of enforcement. Trader365® will review appeals and communicate a final decision within thirty (30) days.

10. Data Retention

Removed or flagged content may be retained by Trader365® in secure archives for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce these Guidelines.

11. Minimum Age Requirement

Community Spaces are only available to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. By participating, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Trader365® reserves the right to request proof of age and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply.

12. Off-Platform Conduct

Users shall not engage in off-platform conduct that threatens the safety, integrity, or reputation of Trader365®’s Community Spaces. Behaviour on third-party platforms that adversely impacts the community may result in enforcement actions.

13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

All user-generated content represents the views and opinions of individual users and does not reflect the views or positions of Trader365®. Trader365® does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any user content and expressly disclaims all liability related to user contributions.

14. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Guidelines shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

15. Reporting Mechanisms

Users are encouraged to report violations of these Guidelines by contacting support@trader365.co.uk. Reports will be reviewed promptly and handled confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

16. Amendments

Trader365® may revise these Guidelines at any time to reflect legal, operational, or community developments. Any changes will be communicated via the app or website with a revised effective date.

By participating in Trader365® Community Spaces, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Community Guidelines.
